About 20 years ago, Christians emphasized taking control over what they watched on television, the music that they listened to, the places they went to, and associations they made.
Jesus told us to be watchful on what we see with our eyes:
Luke 11:34-36 ‘The lamp of the body is the eye. Therefore, when your eye is good, your whole body also is full of light. But when your eye is bad, your body also is full of darkness. Therefore take heed that the light which is in you is not darkness. If then your whole body is full of light, having no part dark, the whole body will be full of light, as when the bright shining of a lamp gives you light.”’
Today, the vast mounds after mounds of media available on the internet has made this a large challenge and a lot of Christians have fallen compromised with just a little bit of, “It’s okay” here and there.
A gradual but steady pull and enticement of this deception has started several years ago. “Common, it’s just a little bit of skin. Won’t kill you. Loosen up!” Or, “Well, I’m going to marry him anyways so it’s okay to live with him. Whats’ the big deal?”
Have you ever noticed that almost every show today seems to slip in some part of a gay person or scene.
It used to be that movies and shows pushed promiscuity and living with your girlfriend as a norm but now it’s a far more evil and bold time today. It’s been a subtle but very powerful and effective way the devil has designed to destroy His church and the sad thing is that many have fallen for this.
It has reached the point of being so bad that we don’t watch regular tv and news anymore.
Money and sell outs from big tech, corporations, politicians have been the proponents of this.
We’re very selective on the news we watch today. We used to watch Fox News but they have been one’s that sold out as well. Our choice of news is Newsmax and OAN. The Victory channel is a great news source as well.
It’s time for us to wake up and take back control of what we hear and see again to be the pure bride of Christ that He has us to be.
Read & Listen
With the craziness going on in our world, I’ve since realized that we have to be even more vigilant, rather militant on protecting ourselves and keeping ourselves in Him.
So it’s not simply just blocking out all of the bad things we hear and watch but we have to read and listen to news that edify and speak of what He’s speaking and not news or voices that are speaking gloom and doom.
One of our favorites is Flashpoint on the Victory Channel. They’re speaking life, faith and hope, contrary to main stream media and even in some churches.
This is where I found some of the remnant ministers and believers like Hank Kunneman, Mario Murillo (I knew of him a long time ago), Kat Kerr, Lance Wallnau, and others.
The links below are references to sources that we personally watch and read and am in no way are affiliated by these individuals although we may eventually come in contact with them. We do believe that God has placed them in these positions for such a time as this and are speaking what God is saying for the church today.
We would like to, however, eventually have a page dedicated to ministers and ministries that promote them to all of the remnant body of Christ and those God has to hear the message(s) that He’s speaking.
Mario Murillo Reads
I recently heard of Mario’s book Reaching Critical Mass that was a very thin but powerful read. Brother Murillo has a very profound way of putting things and holds no punches. He operates in the word of knowledge so the things that he says speaks to what we’re facing today.
I am in no way affiliated with his ministries and have never spoken to him but I highly recommend getting a copy of this books.
He had a combo where he had that book and his other book called vessels of fire and glory which was on his website but it’s currently out of stock.
These two books are essential reads if you’re looking to see what God is preparing His church for in the coming awakening/revival.

One of the blogs he wrote talked about how “Christians” who never once spoke out against all of the evil things Obama placed on our nation and how Obama attacked the Christian church vehemently.
Yet, after all of these years of silence get the nerve to speak up against Trump, who has been the most pro Christian president we’ve ever had since recent presidential times regardless of how people like or don’t like his “personality”.
It really shows you how far the modern Christian church has so far to place Christian “celebrities” in higher esteem than what the bible says about how we should live.

I haven’t personally read this one yet but from his videos that he’s talked about and referenced to his book, he has a lot of interesting and insightful information that he shares.
In Conclusion
All of what wrote here in this blog to say, take charge at what you listen to. This includes so called Christian news that are not speaking what God is saying.
God has prophesied that Trump will be president for two consecutive terms. Purposely watching and hearing what God is saying is essential if you want to truly hear from God because it can impede your hearing to what God is truly saying.
This is not only regarding the 2020 election but in everything that God is and wants to do in our lives.
